My background in theatre shaped my passion for communication, connection, and storytelling. I create relatable mom content while helping parents better understand teen behavior, emotions, and mental health through practical, connection-based parenting strategies and real-life motherhood experiences.

I have learned what sells. I tend to create scripts that brands find really work to sell a product, not just creating a pretty video. Starting with hook, then pain point, offering a solution, and ending with CTA.

I frequently appear on camera and actually prefer it over any other style because that’s where I’m most comfortable and feel myself.
