What type of content do you create?

My content is relaxed non salesy content. I work with brands I believe in and with products I would actually use. I like talking to the camera as though I was chatting with my friends. I try to incorporate my regular life as a real estate agent, or grandma whenever possible. I'm not afraid to show my flaws; I use humor when possible. I'm creative and imaginative, but I can follow instructions and work well with others. I want to bring your vision to life to make sure your brand shines.

Which platforms can you create content for?

I have two accounts on Tik Tok. One is my real estate account, I don't mind posting on that if it makes sense, and my other is more of a fun and silly account. It's designed to make people happy. I can also post on my Instagram, that's more of an all-inclusive, work, family and everything.

What types of brands or products have you worked with?

I have worked with so many products, mostly health and beauty. I have also done fashion, technology, I stay away from anything political, anything that resembles gambling, or anything that might conflict with my real estate career. I have done adult products when I felt they were tasteful and the request was not salacious.

No, I only speak English. I would not feel comfortable attempting a different language.

That's easy. I'm honest, fun and easy to work with. I'm reliable, I bring energy and am creative yet can follow instructions.

I can, but I don't need to. I'm just as comfortable filming voice over, greenscreen, unboxings, whatever you, as the client, are asking for.

How fast do you usually deliver content?

Accepted Answer

It really depends on what you are looking for. Photos can be done in 24 hours after receiving the product. Videos do take a little longer, especially when they require scripting, filming and editing. I like to have everything done withing 3-5 business days, if for some reason I need more time than that or am running into an issue, I'll communicate with the brand. That hasn't happened often, I live in an area prone to storms and my electricity has gone out before a deadline.
