Hi, My name is Shenay and I am a licensed mental health therapist with my own private practice. I create content that promotes intentional, mindful living to help keep ourselves regulated and feeling good. I create authentic, relatable content as a way to show what intentional living looks like through exercise, outdoor activities, self care, traveling, healthy eating, maintaining a calming environment and doing things I enjoy with loved ones.

Mental health, wellness, lifestyle including running/physical activity, gardening, routine, running a business, and content that showcase all forms of self care and intentional living.

At the moment, I have worked with brands/system that I utilize to maintain my private practice.

No. Unfortunately I only speak English. Native speaker

Yes I do. As a mental health provider and content creator, much of my content consists of talking head and vlog style both with  and without narration or talking directly to camera.

I can deliver content within a few days fire my flexible schedule as a clinician. I keep several days open outside of the days I see clients to cater to other endeavors.
