After losing a child I am determined to live life more intentionally. I want to inspire women to take the best care of themselves so they can show up for their children and families happy and healthy. My hope is to share stories of resilience and encourage others to love with their whole heart and soul. We never know when our last day might be so live life intentionally. Say NO to the things that aren’t for you. Say YES to your friends and family and enjoy each and every moment. I am a therapist by day and love to share what I have learned to help others grow.
