I’ve been a personal trainer since 2009, specializing in women ages 35-65. I was a gym owner for 12 years and then expanded my training online. In addition, I was a very successful network marketer with a nutrition company for a few years. I basically live in leggings and sneakers and consume protein powder/bars daily. I lead a healthy lifestyle but I also love Rosè and pasta. I have two boys who are very “sporty” and keep us busy. My goal is to make a little extra income for family vacations (and for travel baseball 😜).

I am relatable Mom over 45 of 2 boys with aging parents who is busy like everyone else my age. I also have 20 years of expertise as a personal trainer, entrepreneur, and nutritionist. My followers trust me and I’ve created a successful business with less than 1500 followers over the past 15 years. I also live the life I put online. Even though I’m a trainer, I struggle to get a workout in like everyone else, and I share that with my followers. I’m not fake and people feel that.

I can deliver as fast as you want. I am a trainer as my job but I only work 20 hours and week and have the rest of my time to dedicate to UGC.
