Hi, I’m Steph, a 41year old, UK based content creator, travel professional, mum of three (plus two cats) and fitness enthusiast. My aim is to create authentic, relatable content that helps brands connect with real people. With a 20 year background in travel, working for myself which includes marketing and social media, I understand how to communicate clearly and create content that resonates with an audience. I create fitness and marathon-training content for people over 40, sharing my training progress from Edinburgh along with outdoor adventures like Munro bagging and cycling. My audience follows me for practical running tips, Peloton sessions and lifestyle content focused on health, fitness and outdoor challenges in the UK.
