Hi! I’m a Canadian mom of three who’s passionate about health, fitness, and everyday wellness. I love working out, learning about nutrition, and balancing a healthy lifestyle while homeschooling my kids. I also have a strong love for fashion and creating aesthetically pleasing, relatable content that feels real and trustworthy. I create short-form UGC videos for TikTok and Instagram, including product reviews, tutorials, unboxings, and lifestyle integration content. My focus is beauty, skincare, wellness, and family lifestyle, filmed in real home settings with natural lighting and an authentic, conversational style that feels native to the feed.

TikTok and Instagram Reels. I create vertical short-form video optimized for each platform, including hook-driven reviews, how-to walkthroughs, unboxing reveals, and green screen testimonial style content.

I’ve worked with the food/wellness niche creating a 60s video. As well as a 3 video package for a skincare brand. I’ve done multiple videos for a child’s reading and writing program. As well as info videos for a tech company. I just completed 2 videos for a parenting and baby niche sleep app, and other home repairs video demo.

How fast do you usually deliver content?

I try to be as fast as possible for the client. If it’s one video I can do in about 2/3 days and more within the week but always am to be efficient.
