Tell us about yourself?
I'm a personal trainer, fitness studio founder, and travel photographer based in Oakland, California. I've spent 25 years helping people move better — and just as long behind a lens documenting the world while doing it. My content lives at the intersection of health, travel, and everyday life. I create UGC for hospitality, wellness, and food & beverage brands — stills-forward, warm, and built to last longer than a scroll. I travel with my husband and our rescue Yorkie, Kash. I have been to over 40 countries and I speak to your 40+ crowd.
What type of content do you create?
I create authentic, relatable UGC that feels more like a recommendation from someone you trust than a traditional ad. I especially love creating honest reviews, voiceovers, product demonstrations and lifestyle content across fitness, wellness, travel, food, pets and everyday life. I’m comfortable both on camera and behind it, and I love finding the story that makes a product feel relevant to the person watching.
Which platforms can you create content for?
I primarily create reels and Tik Tok videos, but love taking product stills and can also do lifestyle stills as well with products using my cannon camera.
What types of brands or products have you worked with?
I haven’t worked with any brands yet, excited to explore all of the opportunities out there.
Can you create content in other languages?
My content is primarily in English but I can also create in Spanish.
Why should brands work with you?
I bring real-life experience and a perspective that isn’t always represented in UGC. I understand the 35+ consumer because I am one, and I know authenticity doesn’t have to mean boring. I’m reliable, coachable, creative, and genuinely interested in understanding what a brand needs so I can create content that serves a purpose—not just looks good.
Do you appear on camera and speak in your videos?
Yes! I’m very comfortable appearing and speaking on camera and enjoy creating natural, conversational content. I can deliver direct-to-camera hooks, product demonstrations, testimonials, honest reviews, educational content, lifestyle videos, and scripted or unscripted UGC. I’m also comfortable working from a brand-provided script or talking points while keeping the delivery natural and authentic. In addition to speaking on camera, I enjoy combining talking-head footage with voiceovers and B-roll
How fast do you usually deliver content?
My standard turnaround time is 7–14 days after receiving the product and complete creative brief. This allows time for planning, filming, editing, and quality review before delivery. When my schedule allows, I’m also happy to accommodate shorter turnaround times for time-sensitive campaigns.
