I’m a 45-year-old wife and mom of two teenage boys who is passionate about cooking, wellness, nutrition, and thriving in my 40s. I love creating authentic lifestyle content that feels relatable, trustworthy, and engaging. While I don't have a specific niche, my content focuses on great finds, "healthy-ish" living, family life, food, and products that make everyday life better.
What type of content do you create?
As a mom of two teen boys in my 40s, I produce raw and relatable UGC across wellness, nutrition, and cooking, specifically crafting how-to videos, product demos, and unboxings that feel authentic on TikTok and Instagram.
Which platforms can you create content for?
Personally, I use Instagram the most and can whitelist, but can also create for TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ad UGC, and other promotional material like landing pages & websites.
What types of brands or products have you worked with?
I've worked with over 80 brands, including several health and wellness supplement brands, fashion, restaurants, grocery store content, kitchen and cooking, mom lifestyle and convenience
Can you create content in other languages?
English is the only language I speak and use in content.

How fast do you usually deliver content?
Most projects wrap up in about 5-6 days once the product is received, covering everything from raw unboxing videos to lifestyle shots across TikTok and Instagram.
