What type of content do you create?

I create short or long term content. I enjoy educating people on fitness, health, or even fun ways to spin health foods. Bodybuilding is a passion of mine and it carries a lot of weight on my pages. I also enjoy the outdoors, and learning. The way I get steps, the water bottles I use, the supplements I take or even the quick easy meals I make.

I mainly use Instagram and tiktok, but I am more than open to posting content on more platforms.

I have worked with clothing companies, supplement companies and food or service. I really enjoy the supplement or clothing side due to the amount you can learn and the time put into the product.

I can always try to create in another language or even put translation in the captions.

I believe brands would love to work with me due to my willingness. I will be completely honest about my thoughts on a product and I will put it through a test, whether it be in day to day life or any extreme activity like hiking or lifting. I am an overall honest and hard working individual.

Yes I do, some content is photos or simple videos of me lifting. But I have been trying to up the face to face content that way my audience can get to know me. Whether it be a brand deal or a get ready with me, I think as long as I have something to show or talk about I will be in front of the camera speaking.

How fast do you usually deliver content?

Same day content is big, or even posting 7 times a week. I usually have a burst of content, but if there's a flow I will post daily and most of the time more than once.
