What type of content do you create?
I create content that is focused around being a full-time working mom in navigating motherhood with two young boys. I have a passion for wellness education, hacks to make life easier, the importance of trying new things and traveling, and realistic and relatable lifestyle content. My story and content is relatable as a nurse practitioner, and mother of two
Which platforms can you create content for?
Currently the platforms that I am actively creating content on are TikTok and Instagram. However, I am open to navigating new platforms as I efficiently navigate numerous EHR system systems within my career
What types of brands or products have you worked with?
I am just getting started, so I am still looking for my first brand partnership! I would love the opportunity to work with brands that are in the health and wellness, travel, fashion, and beauty, motherhood, family, and children space. I also have a personal passion for travel, adventure and ensuring I get the most out of life. I would love to work with brands that understand the importance of playing hard and working hard.
Can you create content in other languages?
English only. I am not fluent in any other language, unfortunately

I’m a working mom and family nurse practitioner, so my content blends real motherhood with real credibility. My audience — moms in their 30s balancing career and family — trusts me because I live what I talk about, no filter, no fluff. My healthcare background lets me speak to wellness, fitness, and family products with real authority. I show up authentic and relatable, which builds the kind of trust that turns viewers into buyers.
Do you appear on camera and speak in your videos?
Yes! I film and speak on camera myself, that’s a big part of what makes my content feel authentic and trustworthy to my audience
