I speak English with intermediate Polish. While I can speak B1 Polish, it's not good enough to create a video unless I had a script and could practice ahead of time.

I have a BSc in nutrition dietetics, and I am a toddler mom, so my content is relatable while still being educational. My main mission is to help other moms realize that healthy eating doesn't need to be complicated. I also have spent 12+ years of working with health and wellness brands, so I have a lot of knowledge about content creation and general best marketing practices.

Yes, I am very comfortable on camera, show my face in the majority of my videos, and speak in all of my videos.
