I am a natural creator at heart who loves bringing energy and joy into the lives of others. As a wife, mother of five, and grandmother to three, I find happiness in creating meaningful experiences and memories for my family. With 25 years as a teacher and dance coach and 10 years as a group fitness instructor, I enjoy inspiring and motivating people through movement and connection. I love hosting, traveling, and making my home a welcoming place where people feel comfortable and included.
