I focus on creating content that shows my true passion for fitness while encouraging an athletic lifestyle. Videos are often educational and encouraging but I also like to have fun and allow my witty humor to shine through. My content is centered on running, to include personal experiences, clothes, shoes, gear and optimal food sources. I look a lot younger than I actually am.
