Functional nutritionist and fitness specialist, so health and wellness content comes with real depth and actual knowledge behind it. I’ve also created across food and beverage, beauty, supplements, apparel, and more. My husband, two kids, and I are always on some kind of adventure, from international travel to hiking and surfing, so lifestyle content is just as much a part of my world as anything in the health space.
What type of content do you create?
I'm a functional nutritionist and fitness specialist, and that background shows up in my content, whether it's a how-to, a product demo, or just me giving an honest take after unboxing something new. I also film a lot of our actual family life: trips, hikes, days at the beach surfing, that kind of thing. I create for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Which platforms can you create content for?
Instagram Reels and TikTok, with content also formatted for use in paid social ads.
What types of brands or products have you worked with?
Wellness, fitness, food and beverage, beauty, supplements, and family/lifestyle products, including brands like Sanuk, Magic Spoon, Drmtlgy, and AquaSonic.
Can you create content in other languages?
I can only speak english, or very simple spanish but not fluently.

Do you appear on camera and speak in your videos?
Yes, I'm comfortable on camera and speaking directly to the audience, as well as creating voiceover and b-roll style content when that fits the brand better.

Depending on the project I can have a turnaround time of a week or less. If needed 3-5 days.
