I'm your 61 year old No BS Hype Girl! I've run the race and have the experience to prove it! I teach women of all ages how to be confident I'm a mom of two grown daughters that have children of their own. I've been a CT Technologist for over 30 years and I've run a non profit dog rescue for 26 years. I'm also a former CrossFit coach that still  lifts heavy weights and encourages post menopausal women to take care of their bodies by diet, exercise and (sometimes) HRT & peptides.
